Our customer is looking for a network profile, type engineer-architect, to support a team; 

key contributions will be expected in the following areas:

• support the Technical Centre with engineering and design activities (architecture, studies, use case assessment, etc.)• provide guidance to Users in defining the best suited connectivity solution to the client according to his needs and support the management unit with the management of the Telco-provider The focus is a profile which is sufficiently technical to discuss network solutions with the telecom providers. The candidate needs to join/lead the meetings with Telecom providers about the SLA’s and the issues. Some key-technology-areas• Internet – MPLS-networks – Routing – QoS – voice transport – Cloud• Basic knowledge on the ATM regulatory framework would be an asset• Understanding/experience with ATM specific applications like messaging (AMHS/FMPT), ATM voice systems, radar would be ideal• Awareness of network operations practices and constraints related to the management of a critical infrastructure are desired• The candidate will work in collaboration with the teams, the stakeholders and industry partner in a multi-cultural environment• The activities of the engineer will be steered by the team lead at the customer• The candidate needs to have experience with SLA

Other Requirements• Languages: EN (fluent) MANDATORY• Well-organized, be able to think on architectural level, and be able to manage and interface with the current Telecom-provider Experience:• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT• The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a positive and constructive attitude to any challenge that may occur; beyond the necessary level of expertise communication skills are a must for the success of the mission Summary Of Mandatory Requirements• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT• Languages: English MANDATORY• Start: This is a freelance position.
