What’s the role about?

Working as part of a team of three analysts you will be involved in optimising the flow of goods through the network, including Peak stock flow planning and dealing with operational challenges. 

This exciting opportunity comes as our Merchandising Operations transitions to a new system that provides enhanced and accurate data, allowing you to make more informed decisions. This system change will be a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and significant in terms of growth and change for the area.

This opportunity presents as having both significant project exposure alongside dealing with day-to-day operations in the Merchandising space.

NB: This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What will you be doing?

• Providing data and insight to influence decisions where necessary, engaging with and influencing relevant stakeholders at the right time.

• Using data to inform communications to Supply Chain, Retail and Merchandising regarding planned stock flow for key events and seasons.

• Continually analysing data to ensure network plans deliver the efficient flow of goods.

• Collaborating with Merchandising Partners to optimise the flow of stock through the network and resolving capacity issues in a timely manner. 

• Using detailed knowledge of the end to end supply chain (from supplier to customer) to ensure stock flow plans are made with all necessary inputs.
