The Network Administration Designer/Business Analytics Advisor will be a member of the Network Solutions & Delivery team responsible for leading and delivering on all aspects of network solution implementations, including designing network configurations and managing the provider data implementation for Network Solutions and Operations (NS&O).   The Network Admin Designer works extensively with Market Designers, Network Managers and Network Operations to ensure networks solutions are effectively implemented and that solution designs are structured to meet or exceeding operating efficiency expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate proposed network solution designs into administration rules within business and operational guardrails
• Responsible for configuring the data to meet the required outcome using operational sustainable capabilities
• Perform data analysis in conjunction with solution design activity
• Responsible for implementation of complex network solutions
• Responsible for Network Administration Diagram package of artifacts
• Identify and convene partners to resolve trends and opportunities and/or gaps
• Establish and develop relationships with key partners  
• Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to manage opportunities and/or gaps, risks and timely delivery of initiative results
• Identify and minimize/prevent barriers that slow or prevent successful market implementation
• Ability to assess and anticipate the needs of both internal and external partners to improve network solution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.
• 4+ years of experience working with provider data within the healthcare industry required.
• Database programming experience required. 
• Preferred experience with the following: SAS programming experience, SSIS and writing Stored Procedures, DB2 and/or Oracle, SQL Server, PL-SQL and/or T-SQL.
• Experience with Medicare data is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root cause of a problem as well as potential peripheral impacts.
• Understanding of products, systems and structures needed to support the products is preferred.
• Proven ability to listen, understand and interpret information from others; to combine and reconcile information from a variety of sources (i.e. qualitative, quantitative, etc.).
• Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Results focused with a high degree of curiosity, intelligence, integrity and common business sense. 
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.  Ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand.

This role is WAH / Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
