As a Neighborhood Coach you are the recipient of questions from residents and signals from society. As a neighborhood coach, you conduct conversations, make support plans and strengthen the self-managing capacity of the resident and his/her network. As a Neighborhood Coach there are different roles:

• Director
• Caregiver
• Indicator counter

As a neighborhood coach you get a diverse caseload. You have the ability to build contact, to provide assistance to residents of all backgrounds. It concerns primary and complex/multiple family problems, problems with (labour) participation, psychiatric problems, debt problems, school-related social support, support for people with disabilities and youth care.

Job requirements

• Experience as a Neighborhood Coach or Social Support Act / Youth Consultant is a requirement
• You are in possession of a HBO diploma
• Preferably SKJ registered
