Responsibilities

• To develop a Mission led, delivery focused approach to taking Microsoft (and partner) capabilities to the customer.
• Work proactively across Microsoft Globally to develop industry leading propositions that will enhance the UK's national security.
• Take our customers on a journey of digital transformation and move to the cloud through a consultative, mission lead approach.
• Own the customer experience, developing Microsoft's Mission focused narrative and brand within the community.
• Meet or exceed revenue objectives set by the business
• Increase Microsoft’s credibility and depth of engagement in the National Security sector.
• Identify, Engage and successfully drive partners around relevant solutions and collaboration on joint opportunities.
• Work effectively across Microsoft's V-Team structure to ensure consistent delivery and experience for the customer.
• Understand agile working and how best to implement it across both sales & delivery cycles that will benefit the customer.

• Achievement of commercial objectives through successful delivery of projects and programmes of work.
• Increase in Adoption of Azure (and wider Microsoft Technology) across community.
• Enhanced visibility across partner landscape of Microsoft offering
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date strategic sales & engagement plans
• Maintain an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline of opportunities
• Manage stakeholders within and outside Microsoft
• Achievement of all PS scorecard metrics
• Drive opportunity reviews (inclusive of partners)
• Engage with and lead the Microsoft Specialist Sales team and other virtual team members.
