Responsibilities
· Develop business with existing accounts that are allocated to your portfolio.
· Manage the sales team that is based across Switzerland.
· Provide superior strategic account management, building a deep understanding of customer needs and defining solutions to meet those needs.
· Meet with key decision makers to grow the customer base and to expand the company’s market share.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities (with both existing and new customers) that provide the best potential for future growth and return on financial investments.
· Work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, etc. to ensure efficient back-office support.
· Set strategies for account acquisition. Work to forecast sales to ensure proper planning.
Experience and education requirements.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in economics or marketing.
· 10-15 years of Business Development / Key Account Management experience, preferably in a wholesaler.
· High affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
· Strong management skills
· Experience in international co-operations, including Marketing/Sales/Logistics.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in Swiss German and French.
