Blueprint RF is now hiring a National Account Manager who will be responsible for the cultivation and retention of customer relationships at a national level, identifying and developing new business opportunities within hospitality and new verticals, and extracting additional value from current accounts and new customers.  This role requires an energetic, creative, process-driven, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship development skills.  The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships within the current vertical of hospitality and expanding into potential new verticals. This person will report to the sales director.  They will also be responsible for ongoing contact and all follow-up with existing customers, proposal preparation, creation, and presentation of proposals, and supporting contract negotiations through to contract signature execution.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Responsible for all Hospitality National Accounts assigned as designated by Management and drives business opportunities into new verticals at the national level. 

Meets or exceeds all Blueprint RF National sales goals working with IT leaders and corporate decision makers regarding HSIA, IRE and IOT solutions.

Develops strategic relationships with National Hospitality Brands such as, Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt with key IT decision makers and senior leaders, and opens new business opportunities for BPRF to expand its reach within the account.    

Manages national account RFP requests with appropriate sales team member(s) collaborating internally with appropriate resources to win RFP.

Prospects, cold calls (phone and in person), helping to drive business with National Hotel Brands and opens new business opportunities with new verticals.

Determines appropriate solutions with National Account customers collaborating with BPRF Sales Engineer and/or appropriate internal resources through BPRF, Cox HN and Cox Business.  

Performs ROI assessment and financial deal modeling with Finance

Gains financial and proposal approval from Management

Develops and presents customer proposals, demonstrations, and presentation to appropriate leaders within national account.

Works with  appropriate internal leaders, customers, and legal teams to negotiate and sign contracts

Ensures product pricing reflects structures set by management

Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic account plans on all national assigned accounts. Understands all brand standards and expectations of each national account.

Understands the telecommunication needs of hospitality customers and provides solutions to meet those needs

Ensures customer satisfaction through entire sales cycle and contract term

Remains proficient on technical information regarding all Blueprint RF Network data, Managed Wi-Fi, In Room Entertainment and video services/products

Continually improves core skills such as consultation, negotiation, communication, and sales skills through completion of required and recommended training programs

Model behaviors that build strong sales team morale and behavior

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $73,200 – 91,500. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.

Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Qualifications:

Minimum 

4-year degree or related experience

5+ years’ experience in client relations, sales and/or account management

Expertise and experience working within the hospitality industry

Expertise and experience selling in the telecommunications industry and/or the hospitality industry

Preferred

Experience in data products, Wi-Fi networks, and/or in-room entertainment systems

Experience in consultative and cost-benefit analysis sales

Strong technical aptitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills

Strong people and relationship management skills

Strong presentation and demonstration skills

Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations

Ability to travel nation-wide independently monthly
