Sets and influences the strategic direction of the engineering work. Responsibilities vary from Project Management to Technical Leadership. Delivers visible business benefits through engineering solutions, typically at project level within a category or BU.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelors or Masters Engineering or higher preferred. Also, related degree and/or work-related experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years or more of industry experience in manufacturing or engineering design for packing equipment or relevant experience.
• Communication, collaboration, and leadership skills demonstrated through previous experience.
