About the Role

LMUK SS are currently looking for Multimedia Training Developer to join their training team based near Helensburgh in Scotland. The role will be involved in LMUK SS's efforts to transform the Trident Engineering Support Trainer into a blended, immersive learning experience providing a unique capability to generate and maintain program SQEP both locally and remotely. In joining Lockheed Martin you will be joining one of the top 10 largest global defence companies and will help deliver programmes that are critical to national security.

In this role you will be responsible for developing multimedia course content from instructional design scripts as well as develop innovative and engaging course content using adobe captivate. You will produce graphics and other multimedia content utilising the adobe suite products. and will design multimedia content to be utilised in an AR/VR environment.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

Proven experience in the design and development of eLearning courses in adobe captivate.

Experience in developing 3D graphics, animations and editing video content in the adobe suite.

Experience in developing instructor led training.

Experience in delivering AR/VR training.

Desired skills, qualifications and experience

Experience of working in a defence environment.

Knowledge of Defence System Training Quality Processes

Capable of building and maintaining customer relationships and debating technical issues with both Customer and Accreditor
