Manage project intake, production schedules, project logistics, and work alignment across project stakeholders and agency partners for the in-house multimedia team at Truist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â (Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Â Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Â Specific activities may change from time to time.)

1. Serve as the main point of contact for multimedia work requests, using Workfront project management platform.
2. Scope work requests with stakeholders before work begins, ensuring projects are ready to kick off and meet marketing and business objectives and priorities.
3. Manage project logistics, timelines, shoots (in-person and virtual), and deliverables for multiple projects at once.
4. Work alongside video producers and stakeholders to ensure goals and objectives are met, on time and on budget.
5. Manage team budgeting, invoicing and vendor management efforts.
6. Job allows for remote work flexibility, but will require to be in-person at the Truist Studio at Truist Center in Charlotte.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, Film, Multimedia Production or related field, or equivalent education and related experience
2+ years of producer-related experience
Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, virtual meeting platforms (i.e. Web-Ex, Zoom)
Preferred Qualifications:
An innovative and passionate organizer who lives and loves process improvement
Excellent communication skills, including managing through challenge and conflict
A self-starter
Believes in the importance of contributing to a positive work environment
Is honest and accountable, not afraid of failure or to own mistakes
Patient and understanding with ability to collaborate and excel in team situations
Past experience in a studio and/or other production environments
Proven ability to lead multiple, high visibility projects at once in an ever-changing environment
C-suite experience
A/V experience
Agile team experience
