As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following areas:

  • When they learn about our product
  • When they choose to buy the product
  • When they use the product at home

We are currently looking for a passionate, high capacity, dynamic leader to join our Marketing organization as Brand Manager of our Multicultural Hair Care Portfolio. This role will be located at the P&G Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio and reports into the Multicultural Hair Care Brand Director. Brand Management at Procter & Gamble means being more than just a marketer. You are the total business owner, solution finder, a general manager in training. We are looking for a strong detail-oriented leader that can lead and guide the vision, strategy, and innovation that will profitably grow our Multicultural brands, and tackle the work that keeps the day-to-day business moving forward.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • As Brand Manager, you will have ownership of one of our Multicultural hair care brands and responsibility for developing and executing plans that drive brand growth. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.
  • You will lead a mix of Marketing, Innovation, and Business Administration projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.
  • You will be a central member of the team, helping keep the portfolio developing through leadership of Tent Pole Events & Sampling, Budgeting & SOW process, and development of POS & Instore Displays
  • Partnership with a cross-functional team (including R&D, Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) that will help develop future product design, innovation plans, marketing plans, and strategy.
  • Continuous coaching & mentorship– We are passionate about our work. We will make sure you receive both formal training and regular mentorship from your manager and others.

Qualifications

WE WANT SOMEONE WITH:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-4 years minimum experience managing creative agencies
  • 2-4 years minimum working on cross-functional teams
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office
