To continually improve and extend content quality of The Hip Store’s website. Working closely with the Multi-Channel Manger to ensure all site content is created, delivered on time and relevant to the Hip brand guidelines.
Assiting with maintaining the marketing calendar for all campaigns and activities.ÂÂ
Support the designer in the creative strategy of the Brand.ÂÂ
Keeping a track of previous activity, and take steps/action to improve performance and sell through.ÂÂ
Improve traffic and conversion across all platforms, including mobile and apps.ÂÂ
Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase on any channel.ÂÂ
Support the UX team / Senior Multi-Channel Exec to ensure regular testing takes place on all channelsÂÂ
Assist with briefing with marketing requirements for all Channels – emails, homepage, marketing photographyÂÂ
Assist with content launches to ensure timed content hits deadline.ÂÂ
Test banners/product listings and links to ensure correct links and assets are used. ÂÂ
Complete daily site checks of key devicesÂÂ
Work with Senior Multi-Channel Exec and Brand Manager on wider marketing strategies and campaigns throughout each season, helping deliver these effectively ÂÂ
Work with SEO and Affiliates team to make sure their work is effective and relevant for The Hip StoreÂÂ
Continually monitor competitor sites and share interesting findings and any suggestions to the wider team on things that could improve the overall site performance.ÂÂ
Work with the copywriter to create copy & content for marketing material for all campaigns. This would include :ÂÂ
Assisting in creation of headlines and body copy for creative executions ÂÂ
Provide Fresh ideas whilst still creatively focused.ÂÂ
Working with designers to form a creative team working on conceptsÂÂ
Gather reference and ideas for potential photoshoots, campaigns etc.ÂÂ

Knowledge and experience of commercial online marketing within ecommerce retailing is essential. (within the fashion sector is an advantage)ÂÂ
Knowledge of the brands The Hip Store stocks and the market it sits in is key for this roleÂÂ
Experience of developing and executing marketing strategies.ÂÂ
Experience of using ecommerce applications such as, FredHopper, Google Analytics would be advantageous.ÂÂ
Relevant degree within Marketing/ecommerce is desirable.ÂÂ
