In our online multichannel department in the UK alone, we've scaled up our headcount in the past year by 170 people and we are now looking to increase this by a further 120+ over the next 12 months to accommodate our growth. Outside of the UK, we’ve also been accelerating our growth throughout Europe from our local offices in Amsterdam and Alicante.

In our Multichannel department we cover everything in the online and digital space and run everything internally through our world-class inhouse functions spread across: Digital Marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Influencers, Social, Content), Ecommerce (Online Trading, Online Visual Merchandising), Tech (Software Development FE/BE Stacks, App Development, Data, Security, UI/UX), and Studios (Design, Artwork, Retouch, Photography, Videography, Styling).
We’re looking for a Multi-Channel assistant to join our Street UK team here in Bury. The purpose of this role is to work with the Multi-Channel Manager and wider team to develop, grow and maintain the Street channels across all digital platforms through engaging content and digital first campaigns.
Be the authority on all creative aspects of the Street website, ensuring we achieve our goal of being a best-in-class e-commerce site.
Responsible for actioning regular content updates across desktop, mobile, apps, instore devices and screens.
Work with multi-channel merchandising and marketing teams on ensuring all relevant product is being promoted and showcased in the best way possible in line with trading plans.
Ensure content on all devices is being utilised to maximise sales whilst staying consistent with the brand identity and promoting relevant product and brand campaigns.
Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touchpoints through to purchase on all devices.
Assist with content launches to ensure timed content is on schedule and all assets required are briefed in advance.
Liaise with the merchandising team multiple times per week to review top site metrics (search, page hits, stock position) and action content changes and decisions for all devices to improve results and conversion.
Test banner/ product listings and links to ensure correct links and assets are used, completing daily site checks of devices and content.
Continually monitor relevant competitors and inspiration sources to report to the wider team.
You have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
You enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
You have strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
You are passionate about our great community.
Experience in commercially driven, retail business is advantageous but not essential.
A degree in marketing/ online marketing would also be desirable.
