About the Role
To join a team that supports the sites assets and fabric, this will include carrying out planned preventative and reactive tasks to ensure efficient operation, reliability and statutory compliance.
Assets will include a mixture of production and building fabric tasks.
Ability to act as:
First line support of mechanical assets such as compressed air systems, autoclaves, workshop machinery, boilers etc
Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site assets
Carry out first level fault finding on mechanical systems.
Interact with specialist contractors appointed
Required skills, qualifications and experience
Demonstrable experience of working on industrial pipework and plumbing systems
Ability to obtain and maintain an SC level of clearance
Reasonably PC literate to use standard windows packages
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
Appropriate & recognised qualifications for an additional trade code
An additional trade code i.e. electrical, mechanical, HVAC etc.
Prior experience of interaction with a CMMS i.e. Maximo, EAM etc.
IOSH managing safely or equivalent training/experience in safety systems i.e. permits, LOLER, PUWER, Risk Assessments
