In our online multichannel department in the UK alone, we've scaled up our headcount in the past year by 170 people and we are now looking to increase this by a further 120+ over the next 12 months to accommodate our growth. Outside of the UK, we’ve also been accelerating our growth throughout Europe from our local offices in Amsterdam and Alicante.
As a leading retailer, we are preferred partners with the likes of Google, Facebook and TikTok due to our extensive presence within the market. As such, they provide us with leading industry insights and training, and we are often chosen as the beta trialists for new cutting-edge features that they are planning to roll out. In our Multichannel department we cover everything in the online and digital space and run everything internally through our world-class inhouse functions spread across: Digital Marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Influencers, Social, Content), Ecommerce (Online Trading, Online Visual Merchandising), Tech (Software Development FE/BE Stacks, App Development, Data, Security, UI/UX), and Studios (Design, Artwork, Retouch, Photography, Videography, Styling).
The purpose of this role is to assist with multichannel marketing strategy for Oi Polloi, executing day-to-day multi-channel fascia activity and reporting on its progress to support the Multichannel Lead. 
Maintaining the multi-channel marketing calendar for all campaigns and activities.
Support the Design team with the creative strategy of the Brand.
Keeping a track of previous activity, and take steps/action to improve performance and sell through.
Work with the wider team to develop site improvements for our channels.
Improve traffic and conversion across all platforms, including mobile and apps.
Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase on any channels.
Assist with briefing the studio with digital marketing requirements for all channels.
Assist with content launches to ensure timed content hits deadline.
Check all platform marketing spots are being utilised to maximise sales whilst staying consistent with the store activity and brand identity, including social media channels.
Test banners/product listings and links to ensure correct links and assets are used.
Complete daily site checks of key devices
Create copy & content for marketing material for all campaigns. This would include :
Crafting headlines and body copy for creative executions (both online and potentially offline too).
Provide Fresh ideas whilst still creatively focused.
Working with designers to form a creative team working on concepts.
Knowledge and experience of commercial digital marketing.
Experience of developing and executing marketing strategies.
Experience of creating creative copy and content.
Experience with email marketing programs is advantageous.
Experience of using ecommerce applications for analysis, merchandising or CRM would be advantageous.
Relevant degree within Marketing/ecommerce is desirable.
