Role purpose
Be a Technical Champion for the nominated customer - representing the customer’s interests internally within Vodafone and supporting Sales and Service Management in customer delivery. Drive service enhancements/improvements through proactive and pre-emptive activity across the mobile private network.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Customer and Service/Account Managers, providing technical in-life expertise.
• Work with the Customer, their Stakeholder and Service/Account Managers to support the build phase of delivery, focusing on service on boarding and expansion.
• Work with the provisioning and project delivery engineers as a consultant for the mobile private network roll-out.
• Support the change management process through technical CAB representation and technical MOP
Who are we looking for?
• In-depth intimate knowledge of customer services.
• In-depth knowledge of BAU operational support teams within the business.
• Experience of supporting the customer’s in-life technical requirements into Vodafone while considering KPIs, SLAs and long-term objectives etc
• Mobile network experience.
• Experience of ensuring service improvements/enhancements are owned and driven to improve the overall customer and internal stakeholder’s experiences
Desirable
• Knowledge of Meraki Product & Platform
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ericsson MPN Core
• Strong understanding of APNs
• Knowledge of android/iOS systems
• Recognized Networking qualification such as TCP/IP
