The Mold PM Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient performance of injection molding systems in their assigned areas.  The work includes mold PM’s, mold repairs, on-line troubleshooting and repairs, operator training, preventive and predictive maintenance, and identification of planned work/improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience
• Must be proficient in the use of industrial mechanics, rigging/millwork tools
• Injection molding and machining experience required
• Must have extensive experience (2+ years) with mold maintenance, mold repair, and mold major rebuild

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on injection molds and injection molding equipment in areas of responsibility to restore machinery to proper functionality.
• Communicate to the oncoming shift Lead  Maintenance Technicians, as well as other Reliability Technicians any issues or ongoing problems with the PM’d equipment.
• Identify area improvement opportunities and enter planned work orders
• Maintain the shared equipment in the Maintenance shop.
