Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • assisting in the provision of mobile service requests within SLA via an incident management tool

  • assisting in the allocation and control of mobile equipment, services and facilities

  • maintaining records and databases in respect of equipment & services

  • assisting in the management of the mobile processes

  • managing 3rd party suppliers in order to provide high standard of service delivery & support

  • liaising with customers in order to provide advice and support

  • ensuring internal processes are adhered to

  • producing accurate reports that are shared with the customer

  • managing team administration, including billing

  • performing any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the senior team members

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Experience with providing a high standard of customer support and experience of working with customers at all levels

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with reporting and billing analysis

  • Experience of dealing with staff at all levels of the business and also with 3rd party suppliers

  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team to meet the team objectives

  • Good technical skills, in MS Office applications, especially excel

  • Driving Licence and Car as travel to client sites is required

Desirable:

  • Experience with incident management

  • Experience with mobile networks

  • Awareness of telephony solutions

  • Awareness of MDM solutions
