Job Description
CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently looking for
an Advisor to join our team. You will oversee and executes
the development, coordination, and delivery of customer
service and business support programs. The Advisor will
lead, mentor, provide guidance, and train team members in
their department as well as team members within other
departments. You will prioritize and execute field
leadership and corporate requests and provides
operational impact assessments for projects/programs.
The position will need to be able to explain difficult and
complex information in a clean and easy manner to senior
leadership. The position represents MinuteClinic cross
functionally and across the enterprise as an operational
subject matter expert and leader. The position is
responsible for the creation, adaptation and management
of a variety of MinuteClinic Operations programs. The
position will be looked on as a resource and a role model
within MinuteClinic.
The primary project/program for this new MinuteClinic Operations Advisor position is the Clinical Trail Service Delivery program.
The MinuteClinic Operations Advisor position will partner
and collaborate with the Clinical Trial Services Business Unit, MinuteClinic Quality Team,
MinuteClinic Patient Safety Team, CVS Health Enterprise
Patient Safety Team and CVS Facilities Team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in Clinical Operations programs, Environment of Care or Clinical Safety Programs
