The Boeing Company’s Law and Global Compliance Corporate Investigations organization is currently seeking Mid-Level Corporate Investigators to join their teams in Everett, WA; Renton, WA and North Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
Executes Ethics and Business Conduct investigations and case management activity of a low to medium level of complexity
Gathers, analyzes data and makes recommendations on operational improvements and risk mitigation
Conducts training in support of ethics initiatives
Provides support to business partner engagements and Ethics strategic initiatives
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person†as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person†includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience conducting investigations and managing the investigative process to include conducting interviews, collecting data & facts and analyzing to identify trends and/or discrepancies
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience conducting EEO investigations and determining a resolution
3+ years of experience in conducting formal employee-related investigations
3+ years of experience conducting alleged misconduct investigations of union represented employees
Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) certification or other ethics and/or compliance certification
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years\' related work experience, 10 years\' related work experience, etc.).
