Job Description
The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.
- Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements
- Take responsibility for technical delivery
- Assist with the design of technical solutions
- Implement technical solutions and upgrades in accordance with the agreed designs
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to assure successful delivery
- Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations
- Work closely with Practice colleagues to assist in the continual development of the team
- Assist in pre-sales collateral development activities for new business opportunities
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge in the Office 365 environment

- Abiding by Trustmarque’s security policy & procedures as set out in the Employee Handbook, and implementing security directives from relevant managers (for example Senior Managers, HR & IS Managers) from time to time
- Reporting all incidents and concerns, no matter how small the potential threat
Essential
- In-depth knowledge and experience of:
- Set-up and configuration of SharePoint ONLINE and On Premise, OneDrive for Business and Teams
- Features and functionality of the Office 365 Wider product set (Covering Enterprise SKUs)
- Microsoft Cloud Security offerings
- Configuration of Microsoft Teams collaboration and integrations
- Creation and development of Microsoft Power Platform integrations
- Implementation of Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC)
- Support and Management of Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Strong technical background
- Experience of Document Management, Content Management and Collaboration
- Strong commitment to customer service
Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of implementing and configuring:
- SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019/SharePoint Online
- Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
- SharePoint Framework Development (SPFx)
- Microsoft Teams App Development
- Azure Information and Identity Protection
Skills
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
- Demonstrate the ability to create technical focused documentation
- Able to deal with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner
- The ability to prioritise effectively, both with their own workload and within the team
- The ability to use initiative to solve problems
