The MIB (Modernize the Install Base) Team within the COC (Centre of Competence), is a team dedicated to maximizing revenue from our existing customers by driving the Tech Refresh motion. The MIB team manages mining the Install base and supporting Sales on insights relative to upcoming compelling events which can trigger both Transformational and Transaction Technology Refresh sales. The team supports Sales in all aspects of Tech Refresh with insights, asset dispositioning, goaling, opportunity creation, asset visibility, metrics, holistic account overviews, incentive programs, inspection, reporting and all commercial tools which can support the Refresh Motion. The team is transforming from being Storage focused to incorporating Server assets into scope to create an ISG Tech Refresh program. There is a dedicated Channel Tech Refresh motion which is also transforming and going online to our Partner community using Lead and asset functionality. This critical role will ensure the success of this key transformational activity to meet the business requirements of a Pan-ISG approach to the Channel Tech Refresh selling motion. The scope of this role also extends to OEM and Global Alliances to further enhance the success of these teams for Tech Refresh.

What you’ll achieve
As the Channel Transformation Program Manager, you will provide key leadership on the transformation phase of Online ISG Tech Refresh as well as ISG Tech Refresh process for OEM & Global Alliances. You will work with MIB, COC and Channel Leadership to manage this cross-functional program and be responsible to set the program expectations, benefits, and timing. This includes defining stakeholders, key resources, and tool/process needs.
You will:
·Drive developing, defining and leading execution of Channel, OEM, Global Alliances Tech Refresh programs including program goals and prioritization setting
·Engage and influence global cross-functional teams
·Develop strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally
·Present updates and recommendations to executives and other key business stakeholders
·Assist with resolving complex problems anticipating change and redirecting efforts as necessary

Essential Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree (Non-Technical) and 12+ years of relevant experience in project management
·Results driven with ability to influence others to achieve goals

·Professional leadership, positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm and drive to succeed
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, works well under pressure
