Role Purpose

The system of record for work must meet enable a hybrid way of working across all customers between waterfall and agile work methodologies. This role champions a set of functional and non-functional capabilities to designed to attract and retain the world’s biggest companies.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Head of Collaborative Work Management, the Group Product Manager of Work Productivity will lead a team of product managers that focuses on ensuring that Workfront can deliver the unique capabilities to enable a hybrid work environment between waterfall and agile methodologies within both desktop and mobile. This role will work collaboratively with their team and across other Adobe teams to define the hybrid work environment needs of the customer and ensure there is a clear strategy to deliver on these capabilities both across Workfront but also within other Adobe applications. Ultimately, the entire Workfront application will have to deliver on this capability from resource management to budgeting as well as planning and reporting.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can craft and communicate a compelling vision, but also work across many teams, product managers, and other business functions to bring that vision to life in customer value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead by crafting a vision and product strategy to meet the needs of the enabling the market to work in a hybrid methodology in both agile and waterfall.
• Be an inspiring leader in the hybrid work methodology space and be able to interact with analysts to demonstrate a clear vision and roadmap to deliver on the vision.
• Hire and coach product managers to craft and deliver on pivotal initiatives
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand and validate market needs, drive offerings, and customer requirements
• Prioritize those needs to improve customer satisfaction, business, and strategic value
• Translate market needs into product requirements, product strategies, and prioritized roadmaps that increase market penetration and customer retention
• Be the authority on enterprise requirements and integrations while inspiring and learning from customers

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven track record of building great product experiences in an enterprise SaaS environment, ideally in project management, and/or work management software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with all levels of staff, including executives
• Able to translate strategy into easily understood tactical plans for engineers and GTM teams
• Data- and customer-centered approach to product management
• Thorough understanding in Agile ways of working including a firm understanding of the Agile concepts, frameworks and applications applied within Marketing as well as other areas of an organization
• Understanding of the applications that enable Agile ways of working.
• Minimum 8+ years product management experience identifying, building, and launching cloud and service solutions, preferably in the work management space
• Minimum 3+ years leading product managers
• BS/BA in relevant field or MBA
