Job Summary:

The Artwork Localization & Design Operations team creates language-specific assets for international markets by adapting the original versions (OV) of title logos, platform artwork, print mechanicals, and static creative assets. Our team is comprised of title artists, graphic designers, quality control specialists, and project managers that specialize in international design standards and creative process development.

• Oversees Artwork Production Team

• Manages production designers and quality control specialists

• Owns the Artwork Localization & Design schedules and SLAs

• Assigns jobs to Localization Design team and/or Vendors

• Responsible for managing vendor expectations and relationships

• Determines job priority based on Design Ops requests

• Reports QC issues and renegotiates deadlines

• Enforces No-Fat Timelines

• Maintains artwork specifications for all deliverables

• Liaises with cross-functional creative production teams 

• Primary point of contact and escalation artwork orders

• Analyses, assess, and reports production metrics 

• LTS Localization Key Processes Owner

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant subject or equivalent amount of professional experience

• Minimum:  7 years of experience in the artwork localization and/or entertainment marketing industry

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing people

Preferred requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects

• Highly organized, detailed-oriented
