About the Mercury Marine Opportunity

An Advanced Engineering CO-OP joins a community of talent that is #1 in its industry at Mercury Marine. Located in Fond du Lac, WI, this role reports to the Technical Advisor for Emerging Technologies.

The Advanced Engineering CO-OP role is a unique opportunity for you to learn about the new technologies that are shaping the world today.

In your role you will work collaboratively and independently with highly qualified engineering professionals who are responsible for implementing new technologies in future Mercury products.

You will specifically:

• Assist with technology assessment projects on topics like electrification, autonomy, and connectivity

• Analyze market trends on new technologies to develop business case inputs

• Support benchmarking and testing activities on competitive products

• Assist Program Managers and Technical Managers with program specific development tasks on electrification, autonomy, and connectivity.

  What are we looking for in you?

• An engineering student excited to learn about new technology

• Technical savvy, preferably someone who tinkers with technology as hobby

• Strong decision making, organizational and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles
