We are seeking someone to join our Famous Footwear team in St. Louis as a Merchandise Allocation Specialist.  In this role, you will work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

As a Merchandise Allocation Specialist, you are:

• Allocating merchandise quantities, sizes, and stories using company assortment plans communicated through hand-off meetings
• Assuring category sales and lifecycle management goals are achieved weekly
• Maintaining accurate distribution of merchandise using assortment plans and effectively communicating with key business partners
• Verifying adequate stock levels for advertised products to meet promotional calendar events
• Planning back stock levels at the Distribution Centers to meet replenishment demand for stores and .com businesses

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in an allocation or analysis role preferred
• Retail experience preferred
