You will be responsible for taking a pan-European approach to how we scale the Prime Video Store experience for every customer. You will have the opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate in a high-growth area of the business.
We are looking for a Merch & Marketing Manager with digital marketing experience, demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, delivering results through programs that reach millions of customers at scale with an aptitude for data analysis, and extensive experience using A/B tests as a basis for decision making. You will execute against these objectives by developing and testing new marketing strategies from scratch by partnering with cross-functional teams and deeply understanding the needs of our customers.
This role can be located in our London or Munich office.
Key job responsibilities
• Deliver Marketing campaigns that delight customers.
• Build cross-team relationships and influence roadmap planning to support Store initiatives.
• Work with PV engineering teams to design and execute experiments to unlock new features for customers.
• Use data and robust analysis to make rationale trade-off decisions against competing x-PV priorities.
• Promote adoption and education within the team of the latest features and optimisations to drive continuous process-improvements.
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Professional experience in marketing or marketing research
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
• Multiple years of experience in digital marketing or product management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, commercial and merchandising teams.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
• Proficiency in the statistical concepts behind A/B testing.
• High level of technical literacy and experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Experience managing, analysing and communicating results to senior management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
• SQL proficiency
