KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
- Greet all customers in a warm, genuine and friendly manner.
- Ensure that customers receive the best possible service at all times.
- Understand the process of the Customer Service measuring programme.
Sales:
- Drive sales, ensuring that targets are achieved & where possible, exceeded.
- Utilise the in-store offerings the for the whole product range.
- Provide alternatives and add on sales at every opportunity.
General:
- Deputise for colleagues or carry out other duties as required.
- Represent Cricket in the most professional manner at all times.
- Conduct your work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Commit to the working hours 9am-6pm.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
- Previous experience within Retail/Luxury Retail is beneficial.
- Interest in Luxury Fashion & Goods.
- Willingness to learn about luxury brands.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Confident & approachable with a warm & friendly demeanour.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- Flexible with working hours in order to meet business needs.
- Ability to use initiative & be pro-active to react to the needs of the business.
- Have confidence to approach & communicate with customers efficiently.
