The Arizona Medicare Advantage leadership team Business Analyst will provide analysis and administrative support to new system and product development and launch efforts, geographic expansion, clinical operations and matrix partner performance management, and operationalization of medical cost reduction efforts.  This position involves extensive interactions with Arizona Medicare business leadership as well as other Cigna matrix partners.   This job has specific responsibility for:

• Conduct of business case financial and operational analyses associated with strategic and operational initiatives, and related projects.
• Development of analytic and operational work products and presentations.
• Coordination and facilitation of designated management and functional meetings.
• Program management support in coordination and tracking of key clinical and operational performance metrics.
• Completion of regional and national reporting templates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare insurance industry and terminology
• Medicare Advantage experience - preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Visio
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
• Ability to organize and plan multiple projects.
• Ability to demonstrate self-initiative, work cross functionally to resolve issues as they occur.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite. You must be fully vaccinated if you’re to come onsite OR undergo testing twice a week.
