Position Summary

The Medical Capabilities organization provides medical communications that enable the Healthcare community to advance the science, accelerate access, shape medical practice, and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines.  

Description: Seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Medical Customer Engagement, Medical Capabilities organization who embodies a can-do mindset, possesses strong written and oral communication skills, and able to think analytically and strategically in a collaborative, collegial environment. The incumbent will be detail-oriented and results focused in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and collation of input from various global stakeholders, updating content within the customer relationship management system driving consistency and alignment that will result in enhanced reporting analytics. 

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in strategic discussions for key initiatives to align, understand interdependencies, and execute on next steps; works closely with the MCE team and liaises with appropriate stakeholders worldwide as appropriate
• Creates and monitors project plan and timelines; Tracks key milestones
• Supports business practices and the successful execution of key initiatives
• Drive consistency and alignment within the customer relationship management system resources
• Updates system content in order to enhance reporting analytics
• Makes recommendations on identified areas of opportunity
• Additional responsibilities will depend on the Intern’s skillset and previous experience   

Qualifications & Experience

• College student with interest in science and/or pharmaceuticals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required 
• Understands how to communicate key issues and actions in a way that drives decisions and outcomes
• Proficient in technology
• Time and priority management and excellent attention to detail is required
• Ability to work independently and effectively
