We are currently looking for a collaborative individual who is passionate about uncovering insights to join our Media team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Media Analytics & Insights Senior Manager will join our established in-house media team, which includes a media director, strategic media planners, media analysts and digital traders/buyers. The media team works closely with the brand and creative teams to build and execute strategies to bring to life our brand purpose and business goals for our Home Care Brands. The Media Analytics & Insights Senior Manager will report directly to the Media Analytics & Insights Director, collaborate with the media planners as an integrated team, and be accountable for leading the media measurement, audience insights, and learning plans for Home Care brands to directly influence media investment strategy & plans.
As the Home Care Media Analytics & Insights Senior Manager, you will:
- Leverage media data tools, market understanding, and a relentless focus on the consumer to conduct audience identification and measurement analyses.
- Manage media learnings plans and test & learns for a portfolio of brands across all channels such as TV, OTT, Social, Digital, Audio, Retailer Media, etc.
- Partner with Media Analytics and Insights team to evaluate emerging media opportunities and fuel insights for innovation.
- Partner with media planning teams to optimize media investment across channels/marketplaces.
- Collaborate closely with digital media buyers to ensure digital campaigns are optimized in line with brand audience strategy.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- 1-6+ years of media analytics & insights, media consumer research, or retailer media experience.
- Experience leveraging media data sets and measurement studies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years media experience working with clients who have significant national advertising and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Retailer Media, and/or other fast-moving, consumer facing spaces are preferred.
- Strong analytics background: Able to triangulate between data and brand goals/opportunities to communicate research findings, make recommendations, and optimize plans.
- Working understanding of the typical data sets and media/audience measurement tools across channels such as TV, OTT, Social, Digital, Audio, etc.
