• Package responsible engineer for mechanical equipment
• Tender work
• Mechanical study work
• Mechanical equipment design, selection and assessments
• Participate in developing technical solutions and selection for unmanned topsides
• Prepare and issue technical requisitions and datasheets
• Technical evaluation of supplier quotations
• Technical liaison with suppliers and other engineering disciplines
• Check compliance to relevant authority regulations, codes and standards
• Evaluate and respond to technical clarifications
• Collect and prepare input to reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) analyses and design improvements
• Prepare and issue various study reports

Requirements

Required Education:
• Minimum BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Required Work Experience:
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience
• Experienced with multidisciplinary engineering and tenders/FEED work
• Familiar with NORSOK and Norwegian acts and regulations

Required Qualifications:
• Communicate well in Norwegian and English – both oral and in writing
• Good communication skills
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Ability to work independently and in teams
