The Mechanical Assembler will assemble components and perform functional testing at our E L Anderson Blvd facility in Claremore, OK.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Coordinating work efforts to perform assembly from components per assembly drawings/bill of material

• Overseeing functional testing on assemblies, ensuring test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria

• Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards

• Monitoring and applying settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools

• Working on new product lines and other projects as assigned

• Working under the direction of the Supervisor, Group leader, or experienced associates in the area

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on mechanical role such as mechanical assembly or mechanic (preferred)

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word

• Understanding of lean principles and 6S

• Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with the use of common hand tools and precise measuring equipment

• Solid understanding of blueprints and bill of materials

• Ability to follow manufacturing methods; be safety and quality-oriented

• Very good written and verbal communication skills
