Principal Accountabilities 

• Must be able to rotate to all positions: Pepperoni Line Operator, Gravy Operator, Brine Operator, Spice Room, Mixer Operator, and PIT Operator (Jack Driver). Cross-train within the department as needed
• Set up and tear down machines/equipment, weight, grinding, mixing, scales, and drive a jack
• Ability to operate machinery and understand product specifications; completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties as required
• Lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales
• Work on the production line as needed
• May rotate within the department and other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift product and boxes
• Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
• Must be a self-starter, have good communication skills and be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production/farm experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
