We are looking to hire a talented and committed MBA Recruiting & Program Manager for our EMEA Student Programs team to play a critical role in leading Launch: Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe.

The MBA Recruiting & Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic development of this program, recruiting top international MBA talent and building broad, adaptable Amazonians across diverse corporate businesses in Europe. This role is a multifaceted position that will require engagement with a variety of key stakeholders including senior business leaders, universities, partner organizations, candidates and internal teams. The candidate must be able to earn trust and influence (written and verbal) autonomously with these key stakeholders.

The MBA Recruiting & Program Manager will balance an efficient, effective, and quality driven recruiting process, with developing the programmatic support for MBA hires in their first three years at Amazon. The candidate will partner with a team of recruiters and business leaders in the areas of brand awareness, strategy development, candidate search, sourcing, interviewing, and process improvement. They must be able to plan and prioritize against targets, use metrics to drive decisions and show results, and thrive in an innovative, fast-paced and ambiguous environment.


Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Partner and consult with senior leaders across Amazon’s corporate businesses to understand business need, talent profiles and performance impact.
• Be responsible for hiring MBA interns and graduates (attraction, selection processes, closing approaches, onboarding) with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with specific university careers centres and student societies.
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and partner closely with them to ensure MBA hiring and development needs are met for their teams.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Create innovative plans for on-campus activities & events that facilitate brand awareness and opportunities. Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Ensure that all data relating to recruiting and program management is accurately maintained
• Lead the end-to-end experience of the Launch MBA hires, from attraction and early engagement through to hiring, onboarding, three-year development, and evaluation of the impact of the program.
• Collaborate with other regional and global Amazon MBA hiring programs to identify opportunities to learn, and to develop best practices to improve the end-to-end candidate experience for MBA program participants.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
• Experience with recruitment tools and systems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment (part of a cross-functional team is a plus) and to influence others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of the international MBA campus recruitment space
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
• Strong communication and consulting skills, organisational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Demonstrated experience in program management, project management and planning.
• Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Experience of people management
