Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment throughout the facility to move products such as depalletizing, conveyors, clamps/forklift, high lifts, etc.
- Product handling which will include loading/unloading, moving, stacking, weighing, flagging, and tagging
- Utilize inventory management system with radio frequency (RF) capability
- Utilizing a handheld scanner to verify and track inventory
- Complete inventory audits as necessary
- Record production line changeover information
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, clamps, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
- SAP, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Knowledge of Inventory systems
