Become a member of the North America Feminine Care team at P&G to shape how feminine care activates our consumer data by step-changing our CRM and consumer data ecosystem, enabling deeper and direct connections with consumers, leveraging digital-native applications, applying disruptive technologies, driving agile work process, and bringing thought/do leadership to work every day.

Partner with the Corporate Digital Experience team to play a critical role in architecting, designing, building, and managing the marketing technology stack for our Feminine Care brands and consumers around the world. Be the business unit expert across front-end touchpoints and back-end applications; consumer engagement and relationship management systems; programmatic advertising and data management; algorithm science and data analytics; connected devices and other digital technology that interact with our consumers.

Our Feminine Care IT team is putting an intentional emphasis on a consumer data strategy that will enable category growth. We intend to achieve this by adapting the next generation of cloud-enabled technologies to create deeper, more valuable relationships with our consumers so that they choose to buy P&G Feminine care products more often – both online and offline. We are looking for a candidate that can help shape this vision and bring it life by partnering with NA FemCare’s In-House Media Team and our Corporate Digital Experiences Team.

Responsibilities:

Assess Feminine Care application/digital landscape and digital solution data needs.

Define Feminine Care application data models and standards.

Play a critical role in the design and delivery of P&G’s consumer data platform architecture (C360 & A360) and learn integrations to build feminine care data pipelines.

Work with 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data attributes for audience builds and activation

Align data quality standards for different data types and latencies  

Think through how to collect, store, and activate/use the consumer data we collect from our digital efforts (such as websites, mobile apps, chatbots, etc.) and partner with Regional IT Fem Care Media and Brand Leaders to activate the data to reach more consumers more effectively and/or efficiently.

Taking ownership of new ideas from concept to launch, and iterate quickly

Partner with corporate Digital Experience team and continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen the product/platform and development practices in Fem Care.

Qualifications

Required:

A BS or MS/MBA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics (or like degree)

Familiarity working with data structures, algorithms, distributed data storage, database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and data warehouse technologies

Experience with data visualization tools (any of the following will be sufficient: PowerBI, Google DataStudio, Tableau, QlikView, DOMO, etc.)

Experience in developing, automating, and maintaining CI/CD process for highly scalable, highly available cloud-based or on-premises applications

Preferred:

Experience with cloud hosting technology stacks and global service delivery models, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services

Experience with logging and monitoring technologies such as New Relic, Nagios, Log Insight, Sensu, Pingdom, Sentry or others

Experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C/C++) and the eagerness to learn more

Experience with web security and software hardening

Familiarity with developing and integrating Web Services and APIs, and best practices

Familiarity with building, releasing, and maintaining mobile apps
