WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Strengthen and promote EPAM's presence as one of the leaders in the IT market performing local marketing activities
• Work within Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to analyze gaps/needs and cooperate on a common strategy
• Manage company's marketing actions and arrange proper communication with external candidates, email marketing and event advertising campaigns, including website copy, brochures, and presentations
• Collaborate with thought leaders across the office by co-creating selling and dynamic content for the promotion of working and training opportunities at EPAM
• Organize external community events in EPAM Uzbekistan
• Arrange Campus Hiring Marketing activities to bring young talents to the company
• Manage cooperation with universities to strengthen the company's brand among students
• Ensure quality pipeline to EPAM external educational programs for beginners
• Organize & take part in students' events (Job Fairs, Career Days, Student Insiders, etc.)

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
• 1-3 years’ experience writing marketing collateral and social posts
• Creative mindset with a passion for design
• Driven, thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Comfortable learning and using new technology
• Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in digital, web, and social technologies
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
