Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Work with Public Sector equivalent to ensure shared access to resources, subscriptions etc. and agree ongoing working collaboration
- Define briefing expectations and stakeholder engagement requirements
- Conduct market research and collate information to support growth in division; could be in support of business planning, sector/industry marketing strategy/planning or key clients and bids
- Building insights from high volumes of both structured and unstructured data and communicating what this means for the division and key industry sectors
- Work with key stakeholders to brief, commission and manage external agencies to conduct new and emerging market qualification
- Support in verifying data to support accuracy in identification of TAM/SAM/SOM for target and objective setting
- Develop and disseminate ongoing insight into key industries, accessing analyst relationships and insight, maintaining ongoing competitive monitoring, identification of market trends and specific industry insight
- Provide key account and prospect profiling; providing a view of the organisation, relevant trends and behaviours, key stakeholder maps and social listening insight
- Work closely with other members of the strategic marketing teams and their Experience SLT stakeholders to coordinated and commission research and interpret insight in support of campaign content needs and thought leadership
- Work with Head of GTM Marketing to optimise value of Market Radar tool and other prospecting sources for creating valuable customer insight and analysis that deliver commercial opportunities for the division
What we're looking for:
- Strongly analytical mindset, naturally curious and a sound knowledge of UK economic and industry research as well as an understanding of global market research and qualification
- Ability to translate and present both quantitive and qualitive data into insights that can be used by the business
- Experience in desk research, use of analyst houses and commissioning and managing external agencies
- Has the ability to collate a large volume of inputs from various sources developing this into a refined insight
- Strong knowledge and data access across Experience industries makes them the ‘go to’ for valuable information
- Utilises a range of innovative approaches to research using a range of tools and platforms
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to present and share insights, to drive Marketing strategy and coordinate with other members of the strategic marketing team
