Overview

We seek an experienced project manager who’s self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality creative with speed to join our Famous Footwear Marketing team.

Responsibilities

We seek people who:

• Delegate project details, timing, and tasks to team of creative specialists, along with guiding and reviewing accuracy of work against project briefs
• Adhere to workflow strategy set in place by the lead Project Manager to support both iterative and waterfall workflow for Marketing and Creative teams
• Initiate project kickoffs, creative reviews and status meetings as needed to support project timelines and collaborate with assigned teams
• Delegate assignments based on resources and skillsets as needed and in alignment with Creative team managers
• Effectively communicate volume of work and status of all projects
• Operate with agility and inclusiveness, enabling teams to self-manage while ensuring delivery of work within deadline

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years project management experience with an advertising agency or marketing team
• Demonstrated experience in multiple project management styles and philosophies
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels in the organization
• Highly organized, excelling in deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of Workfront, InVision, Google Docs, and agile and waterfall methodologies preferred
• Experience in both Mac & PC
