Responsibilities : 

• Develop marketing plans that incorporate traditional and online marketing techniques to reach target audiences. 
• Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns by creating advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and other promotional materials. 
• Analyze competitive products or services to identify potential areas for improvement in order to gain market share. 
• Ability to work closely with professionals in the finance, procurement, sales, and customer service departments. 
• Create annual marketing plan/budget and ensure implementation. 
• Evaluate the public relations strategy. 
• Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging. 

Requirements : 

• Education – Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, public relations or an equivalent qualification. 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. 
• A professional qualification or master’s degree in Marketing / Public relations or Business would be an added qualification. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to detail. 
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills. 
• Strong work ethics and motivation to succeed. 
• Ability to work as a team.
