Partner with the best

As the Marketing and Operations Support, you will drive and advance Baker Hughes’ marketing activity in oilfield services and energy. You will be supporting the Permian Basin VP of Operations with various tasks that support Baker Hughes customers, employees, and local community. This position is critical to providing the support that the Permian team needs to delivery on events, newsletters, facility support and much more.

As the Permian Basin Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating local employee and customer events and catering
• Supporting Permian Basin VP of Operations with monthly newsletters, office management, vendor management and manage corporate housing
• Support cross product line training engagements when needed
• Organizing and maintaining property support for various Baker Hughes facilities
• Assist with raising and processing purchase orders for various groups of the Permian OFS team
• Marketing operations is a means to ensure that marketing is conducted in the most efficient, accountable, and effective manner
• Supporting various OFS sales divisions with onboarding new hires and transfers
• Ordering and distributing marketing material and/or swag
• Organizing and facilitating community engagement events for stakeholders, employees, and customers
• Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and arranging conferences and events

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Marketing)
• Able to deliver as part of a matrixed team, (multiple functional supervisors) ability to show and communicate the effectiveness of the work
• Execution oriented with a collaborative mind-set
• Be highly competent and efficient with workflow applications and communication processes.  (Teams, MS Office, Video conferencing, SAP, Arriba, Salesforce)
