What you’ll achieve
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will help monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. In this role you will cooperate with marketing and sales team to optimize the processes to deliver the highest quality results.
You will:
• Work alongside existing Marketing Operations team to help marketing plan, build and launch their programs using Marketo.
• Building target lists and segmentations to aid in geographic and account-based marketing efforts for customers and prospects.
• Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.
• Assist the Marketing Operations Director with maintaining, optimizing, and integrating marketing technology as requested. Work cross-functionally with other team members to evaluate, implement and integrate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
• Help manage technical systems and processes used to generate, distribute, track and report on leads and marketing activity in key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM).
• Establish and maintain scalable processes for marketing that ensure deployment of best practices in campaign, program, project, and lead management.
• Provide oversight of some MarOps projects - building log of issues for regular meetings; helping document meeting minutes and ensuring all Marketing issues are flagged and prioritized accordingly.
• Assist with data cleanliness in the various systems - merging and converting records; researching causes of bugs to correct processes; cleansing, enriching and uploading prospect lists from various marketing activities.
• Help train and onboard marketing team members – acquainting them with Secureworks specific business processes and teaching them how to use the marketing software deployed within our environment.
Essential Requirements
• 8+ years of related experience technical marketing and marketing operations experience
• Expert level, hands-on experience with marketing automation software (Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce)
• Expert level usage of all Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Proficiency in marketing automation systems, integrations and modern marketing and sales solutions
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes
• Obsession with making customers happy

• Possess exemplary interpersonal skills to work collaboratively, internally and externally, influencing, negotiating and teaming.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a group environment, including collaboration with Senior/Executive level leadership.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing environment.
