What you’ll achieve
As a Marketing Operations Consultant on our Global Analytics team within the Services CoC you will help solve some of the most challenging business problems and you will learn what it takes to deliver real business outcomes across the Services offer portfolio. The scope of the work extends from the existing core services portfolio to new offer launches. You will lead projects and drive outcomes by building strong relationships with our key Services Portfolio Performance Management and Services Product Group stakeholders to understand the business needs and pain points. Telling stories, identifying trends and delivering insights from data.
You will:
Build strong relationships and become a key partner to our stakeholders and help them drive strategic projects by bringing key insights which drive business outcomes, but also become the trusted advisor for any business and/or data questions
Lead run-the-business analytics and performance visualization, prepare executive reviews
Drive and influence reporting and analytics needs for business partners
Champion and lead key performance measurement and governance initiatives, including offer launch performance and promotional efficiency
Leverage technology platforms like Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Teradata to deliver high impact analytics to our internal stakeholders. Build scalable dashboards and reports. Application of data science frameworks where appropriate.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a numeric / economics related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of professional experience in analytical / data intensive fields (BI, FP&A, Data Science) dealing with medium to large complex data scenarios
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI and SQL preferred
Ability to root cause business performance issues and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
Executive presence, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; a desire to improve processes and drive change
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong collaborator inside and outside own team
Desirable requirements:
Data science / statistics background or experience working with and deriving insights from transactional sales data
