Job Description

What you’ll be doing:Develop strategic media strategies and initiatives to drive the direction of the overarching communication strategy ●Develop all media assets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to specification●Advise on the mix of media and channels used and ensure brand guidelines are conveyed, including tone of voice, look, feel and positioning●Plan media actions across channels and input into brand strategy●Assess the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on Capita’s needs and wants●Plan and optimise media plans alongside the relevant business development teams to ensure KPIs are met ●Conduct research and compile data to guide and support planning and optimisation recommendations●Maximise ROI on any media spend across channels●Communicate with senior team members to receive and adapt to feedback and hone media planning skills●Work closely with the content team to ensure any creative material is optimised for the particular channel it is intended for

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to deliver creative content with a strong understanding of a mix of marketing media and channels●Solid awareness of current brand and media campaigns and understands the comms ecosystem and latest trends●Understands the power of brand health and its importance in driving successful growth●Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others●An experienced doer with strong organisational, planning and writing skills●Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, problem solve and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment●Strong understanding of all media channels ●Ability to align ideas to Capita brand and direction in a creative manner
