Job Description
As the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with local functions to drive annual market plans against aligned growth priorities and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with local and regional functional teams to ensure market plans maximize growth and reflect category and platform priorities
- Leverage insights and the pulse of the market to drive innovation opportunities, and pivot market plans with changing market situations
- Build and maintain a market relevant product portfolio to drive Specialty business
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to shape clear and powerful value propositions, develop effective sales enablement tools, and deploy digital transformation
- Ensure Go-To-Market tools are up to date and teams leverage tools effectively
- Provide market insight for customer discussions and projects
- Provide timely and regular market intelligence across category, consumer, and competitor
The Marketing Manager position is well-suited for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or any related field
- Strong B2B Marketing acumen with proven expertise in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
- Solid experience in Marketing Management, and the design and implementation of Marketing plans including product launches
- Established high performance goals and standards, and are able to both drive and support major programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- Passion to share knowledge and expertise to progress local, regional as well as wider business goals
