Prime Video is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to work across our Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) Owned & Operated channels, including our storefronts. You’ll be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience on a daily basis by gaining agreement for the monthly scheduling plans that best showcases all our great content, leading launches for high profile movie and TV titles, and using data to ideate and launch experiments to drive customer engagement.

You’ll be responsible for content included on primevideo.com, and work with multiple teams within Prime Video, advising, contributing and executing on testing and title launch plans. You’ll be as passionate about movies and TV as our customers are. With an eye for compelling merchandising, an ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, and an aptitude for data-analysis, you’ll help to revolutionise the way our customers watch Prime Video in the Nordics.

The role:
· Managing the launch of our Global and local titles in the Nordics
· Aligning on a monthly schedule for title launches across a wide group of stakeholders and managing changes to these plans
· Delivering consistent channel growth and performance improvements
· Ideating, launching and measuring experiments to improve the customer experience
· Writing up proposals, testing roadmaps, and campaign reviews
· Supporting tests to continually improve our recommendation algorithms
· Identifying opportunities for content efficiency and automation across tools and working cross-functionally to implement them

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this role we require:
· Advanced Excel capabilities
· A good understanding of digital products/platforms
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Excellent written English and strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We would love you to have:
· Fluency in one or more Nordic languages
· Merchandising experience
· Experience with A/B testing and statistics
· Digital marketing experience
