Marketing Manager, New Product Launches

Overview
Baxter’s US Hospital Products (USHP) business unit is excitedly gearing up to launch 70+ new products, expected to add 600M+ in incremental revenue over the next 5 years.
The leader in this role will have responsibility to support a unified launch process, to be leveraged across the USHP portfolios.
Collaboration with Marketing Business Unit leaders, National Accounts, IDN’s and other cross functional leaders will be critical for success.
Critical Responsibilities
Improve the variables of the launch process based on best demonstrated practices for new product launches across USHP
Lead the management of launch deliverables for the pharma core generics portfolio
Own the operational responsibilities required for offering new products in the Baxter systems
Demonstrate strong collaboration and leadership with P&L owners, National Accounts, Integrated IDN’s, and other key cross functional teams
Direct, lead, and coach product teams to execute on launch plans
Develop key metrics tracking, which include measuring financial performance to LRP
Participate in the governance process for development, tracking, and metrics of the launch process with key stakeholders
Other Responsibilities
Partner with P&L owners in LRP activities
Collaborate on key financial activities such as business plans, pricing, etc.
Be the ambassador for the New Product Launch process in USHP
Evolve the NPL playbook and promote best demonstrated practices
Provide sales support as needed
Key Qualifications
BS/BA required with minimum 3+ years’ experience in downstream marketing
Pharmaceutical new product launch experience required
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and messaging and branding campaigns
Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
Track record in leading projects to successful completion
Background in strategic marketing, business development & program development helpful
Ability to gain deep understanding of competition including current and future offerings and positioning of portfolio in the market
Ability to develop various Market Research initiatives
Focused on driving results, identifying barriers, and developing solutions
