• Work closely together with the marketing organisation, data science team and our media agency in creating actionable insights to drive the marketing performance agenda

• Strengthen advanced analytics models by identifying and activating new data points across owned, earned and paid media channels

• Manage marketing performance projects across internal and external stakeholders.

• Deliver presentations and downloads to stakeholders across markets, global marketing functions and top management with focus on how to drive insights to concrete actions

• Educate the business in how to interpret and action advanced analytics insights to strengthen fact based decision making across the full marketing value chain

• Position can be in Enfield, CT, London, UK or Billund, DK

The Global Marketing Performance and Technology (MPT) team is a part of brand, marketing, insights and partnership (BMIP) - a global marketing team working across the full marketing value chain

Advanced analytics is a key part of the data driven journey in the marketing organisation. Being able to provide insights on the effect of marketing activities across paid, owned and earned as well as support global product and marketing development plays a pivotal role in enabling the organisation to make the right decisions.

Do you have what it takes?

• 3-5 years marketing experience working with larger media agencies

• Have consumer products experience, and/or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) experience

• Experience executing campaigns across owned, earned, shared and paid channels

• Possess strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with leading projects involving cross functional teams

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform rather complex findings to simple insights, directions and recommendations

• Experience working with Business Intelligence, media analytics and Data Science
