What you’ll be doing:
· Developing marketing campaigns to support existing propositions around Corporate Learning and other learning businesses
· Proposition work with BD team to understand our capabilities and package to best meet market need
· Campaign briefing and readiness
· Reviewing and optimising performance with campaign team
· Internal reporting on campaign delivery and ROI
· Research/insight briefing to inform marketing decision-making
· Campaign prioritization
· Marketing planning
· Content creation
· Marketing performance
What we’re looking for:
· Excellent Marketing planning skills
· Strategic thinker and an experienced doer
· Strong people and interpersonal skills
· Solid understanding of marketing principles
· Strong copywriting, proofreading, written and personal communications skills
· Experience of learning propositions advantageous, but not essential
· Degree level qualification or equivalent in marketing or a related qualification
· Ability to work successfully as part of a team or independently
· Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work
· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
· Ability to prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines
